SHIPPING
POLICY
All items are weighed prior to being
posted on our website for sale. Calculation of postage rates
is determined by UPS or USPS, depending on which service you
choose. ( You can only choose USPS if the items are shipped
out of our Sacramento warehouse. You must e-mail us if you
prefer to ship your items by the United States Postal Service.
Your items(s) will be shipped "Parcel Post," "First-Class," or
"Priority Mail", whichever option you choose.)
Please note: All shipments from
the Miscellaneous category and the Toys and
Games Category are not shipped from our
warehouse and, therefore, cannot be gift wrapped.
Shipping Insurance is optional.
However, if you do NOT purchase Shipping Insurance, we will not be
held responsible or liable for any damaged or lost
merchandise. We strongly recommend that you purchase Shipping
Insurance.
We always use Delivery Confirmation on
our shipments, which is free when processed online.
As soon payment is received, your
order will be shipped within 4-5 working days.
Acceptable payment options are by Visa
or Mastercard.
RETURN
POLICY
All sales are final. We make
every effort to make certain all orders are correct. In the event
that a wrong item is shipped, we will exchange the item for the
correct one. A copy of the receipt must be included.
Errors must be reported within 48 hours.
Happiness
I.S.Gifts reserves the right to void or cancel any order if
we detrmine that it is a security risk or fraudulent credit card
charges are involved.
We are not responsible for
typographical errors.
We do not ship to Pay Pal unconfirmed
addresses.
